Welcome to the fifth episode of All Our Tomorrows End Today. It is the 6th december and we are recording this from cold Berlin, Germany. The first band you heard was Veresk with the song Pryatki, which translates to Hide And Seek. Veresk is a 3 piece emotional punk band from north-western Russia, Saint Petersburg to be precise. Check out their latest album, which released late november, on their Bandcamp.

Our next band is Short Fictions from Pittsburgh/Pennsylvania. They released their first album called Light Ascending Out of Gloom: a Collection of Short Fictions and Poetry in 2016. And after 3 years, they released their second record, Fates Worse Than Death. Both albums are in a spectrum of very well balanced genres; from math-rock to midwest emo im sure you\ll find something you like in their music. From that album we’ll hear Cities Under Weather first. Following Short Fictions, Dogleg will be our next guest. I was literally obsessed with their debut, Melee, which was released earlier this year. I don’t think that this is the case but if you haven’t listened to that album please after this podcast go and give it a listen. But today we’ll listen to another song from Dogleg. Last week they released a single called Ganon Main/Road Trip where they covered 2 songs of Worst Party Ever, another midwest emo band from Seattle. After you listen, you decide who did it better.

The next band you will hear is called Supine from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with their newest song called Inherited Wealth from their latest release called No Altar For The Company Man. This is the first new material they have completed since reforming their original line up and I think it sounds fantastic.
After that you will hear Sjovinizam from the band Eva Ras from Serbia. Their latest release kada odlaziš, translating to When You Leave, can be described as short but sweet emoviolence. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

2 more songs to go for this week. The first band, One Dying Wish, is a screamo band from Torino, Italy. They recently released their debut, Origami, on shoverec Record Label. From that album we’ll hear Contagio first. Following One Dying Wish, Asunojokei will be closing this week’s show. 4 piece band formed in 2014 in Tokyo, Japan And they managed to build their style on black metal by adding different elements of shoegaze and post hardcore. They released their debut in 2018, and after that they released multiple singles and EPs. The last EP, Wishes is dated on December 4th. And we’ll listen to Carry On from that release.
